What does MSO mean?

MSO means management services organization. ATMember provides agreed non-clinical administrative and business support for med-spa owners.

Do you supervise clinical care?

No. We do not provide medical advice, determine treatments, supervise clinical care, or make clinical decisions. Those responsibilities remain with the licensed clinical team and clinical leadership.

Will you coordinate front-desk coverage?

Yes, within the agreed scope. We help coordinate administrative coverage and shift handoffs. The owner retains staffing approvals, and clinical supervision remains with clinical leadership.

How do we get started?

We review your administrative process, identify the tasks that need support, and agree on responsibilities, access, coverage, check-ins, and a written scope.

What does it cost?

The fee depends on the agreed administrative workload, coverage, and project scope. Software, staffing, vendor costs, and any expansion work are clarified before work begins.
